1. Read more! Read everything I possibly can. Fiction, non-fiction, articles, blogs…
Read 12 books by the end of the year.
2. Drink more water!
Have at least 2 glasses of water.
1 in the morning and 1 before bed.
Look for ways to make it more appealing.
3. Move more!
Get outside at least once a day.
Go on a walk or join a gym or even gym class. Learn to love moving.
4. Write more!
Write lists, blog posts, diary entries, write about my day or things I’m thankful for.
Show some of it to those I love and keep some of it personal, just for me
5. Love more!
Find different ways to show people I love them, whether it’s doing something for them, treating them, spending quality time with them or writing them a note.
Prioritise just loving everyone that surrounds me in my life.
6. Pray more!
Pray about everything and anything, from work, to college, to friends, to family, to gratitude.
Prioritise and take time out to make sure I’ve prayed and read at least a little in the Bible.
7. Get more creative!
Do something creative at least once a month!
Bake or cook something new!
Write, draw, paint, knit, sew.
Find something I love to do that’s therapeutic.
Perform! Or at least join a theatre group and let myself express my personality 100%.
8. Travel more!
Find new places to go and go!
Whether it’s parks or cafes or museums.
Whether it’s in the U.K. or abroad.
Embrace going to new places and learning new things.
Embrace the actual travel part of it.
Find out what I like and don’t like about travelling.
